i want some one to build new android application to be used for tracking cars which have Gps device different types by sending and receiving SMS and tracking also by GPRS i want new app not reskin app , with admob and to be created with android studio... i dont have tracking server , so the manufacturer servers will be used.. i will need the source code and apk for the app,
