Android APK dedicated launcher development in JAVA

Starter project summary : We are looking for experimented developers to build a custom Android launcher, with Kiosk secure mode limiting access to a specific signature APP and including internationalization in English and French. **** WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR ANDROID EXPERTS WITH PREVIOUS LAUNCHER AND SYSTEM CODING EXPERIENCES **** DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT ACHIEVE THIS JOB IN 45 DAYS OR IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT HOW CODING IT **** **** Our internal team coding time expectation is between 12 and 15 days for this project **** Our specific hardware where this launcher will be deployed is already rooted and varies from Android 4.4.4 to Android 8. This launcher will be configured as the « owner of the Android tablet" for extended privileges and system requested operations. All developments must be done with the native JAVA SDK Android technology and build on the predefined [login to view URL] attached files. No specific language, no code generator or cross platform compilers … All your code should be structured, documented and non redundant. Your code will be rebuild under Android Studio by our development team before signing it to publish it on Google Play store. Our development team will check coding quality and pertinence of your comments. TheAPK to develop includes : - A boot and welcome screen, an unlocking screen, a setup screen, an upgrade screen, a log screen, a Test Internet screen, and scripting screen. - Kiosk mode operation, starting ou Signature app at boot time and watching for it every 5 seconds to restart it in case of cash or exit. - Local scripting operation for maintenance and software upgrade. - JSEC API call in background for registering, logging and keep alive messages Our development team will provide : - the staring APK source package (attached file), - the French translation of XML files, - the mandatory server side https JSEC REST API with English documentation, - a fully working testing environment, - the Signature application to monitor - every day support in case of questions or doubts during your development, - good practice development and documentation rules… Once accepted, we will do the Google Play submission of the Starter. Payments will be done following these rules : - 15% after the visual approval of all screens : delivery = compiled APK with all screens available (10 days for delivery this APK after project attribution) - 35% after beta APK testing including all requested features : delivery = first fully working APK + source code (30 days maximum after project attribution) - 25% after listed problem corrections and final fully documented source delivery + Google Play store deployment acceptance (45 days maximum after project attribution) - 25% after 45 days of production without problem to validate the stability of your development (final corrected source code delivery + 45 days)
