Mobile App creation for UK mini cab industry

i am in need of a app that will allow customers to hail mini cabs near them via the app, the funcionality requirements are 1. To allow mini cabs to register with us and to be a part of our drivers list (manaul approaval of driver by administration) 2. For customer to see all driver next to them in a 5 mile radius, also to be able to send a cab request with the information of their location and destination via a alert to the drivers who are logged in to the app, drivers registered with us should be able to accept cab job alerts with the price of journey and arrivel time. 3. Ability for minicab companies to open corperate occount for there drivers and to be able to keep records of all transaction and send a reciept on behalf of driver to the customer via email upon request. 4.
