I am looking for someone to help me build an app that can read augmented reality. Personally i do not have much expereince so iam looking for someone that can help me with the development as well as provide some consulting. Essecially the app will need to simply interprete the code that the camera is focused on. However, instead of the conted being some 3d object, I would like to see if I can display a webpage. In other words, the augmented reality will serve as a link to some webpage. So the first few steps that I need to develop are the reader app and a backend admit that can link pages and display them as augmented reality digitally.
