iOS and Android App Development

Hi there, I'm just digging around trying to locate the right candidate to take our company design of an app in either Photoshop or Fireworks and create both iOS app as well as Android App. Please provide me with examples of apps in both iOS and Android you've built in the past, better have your name on it :) Also, I'm going to break the milestone payments down to 25%, 25% and 50%, since its crucial as the final part that the app in both iOS and Android are accepted by the store, crucial also that any issues that might result in non-approval by the store, would need to be fixed as it makes the app actually usable. Not in the store, not usable. Read all?? type iDroid. Hope it's all understandable. My budget is low on this, not a complex app I'll explain in detail through messaging the right candidate. Please bid accordantly, I know how much it should cost for basic or advanced app. If you bid a crazy $$$ value, you won't be hired. To give you an idea... I'm looking at $1xxx value or less. The lower the better of course, as I'll send you more projects like this. Thank you.
