fantasy strike World of Tactics (tactical RPG)

Hello, this is a post for the development of a simple tactical based RPG type mobile game with online multi-player capacities. the main features of the game will be listed below in addition to a small description of what the game is expected to be. the game is expected to be graphically simple, with 2D isometric tile based graphics, sprites as characters, something resembling that of final fantasy tactics (just as an example) while sporting the following features: 1.) turn based real time fights. 2.) multiplayer challenges 3.) colorful skill arsenal with bright colors. the character in the game will not be in constant motion like that of traditional RPGs, but rather the character will be placed on a map with different destination points all linked together. the user will see his/her sprite moving along the links from one destination point to the other, which would represent villages. upon reaching a village the user will be able to select different options, including the arena, where they would be able to see a list of other online users whom they can challenge to tactical warfare, among other features. the fights will be held in a 2d isometric tile based environment, and more details will be given to the team awarded this project. we are looking to start up as soon as possible with the most lucrative and qualified bidder and expect only serious bids. the winner will be expected to sign a NDA, and there is a lot of potential for future partnerships and continued support for this project. thank you for taking the time to review this project.
