QR CODE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT FOR iOS/ANDROID

We are looking for an iOS / Android developer which can help us to create software which can decode QR photos coming directly from the mobile devices camera. This QR will help to pair a Bluetooth device which ID is embedded on its code. Later on, Bluetooth device and Android/iOS software will interact to post information on the holder’s Facebook wall. Please try to quote accordingly; you will be working together with an Electronic engineer in charge of the BT communication and BT device prototyping.
