Transport Apps

I need a price and time frame to develop an app that allows customers to make and track bookings and drivers to pick up jobs on the road. The customer side of the app will allow them to make a booking, receive a confirmation, track a booking, make a complaint, advise if the driver is late and check historical bookings, the app should allow previous bookings to show when making a booking so that it is a simple process. Also need communication between the customer app and the administrator. The driver app will allow drivers to take a booking, click a button to say customer has been collected, click a button to say customer has been dropped off, add additional costs and send a message to the administrator as needed. Drivers within a 5 mile radius (or other fixed variable) will be able to accept the booking so a booking won’t go to individual drivers so some type of gps system needs to be implemented - however I would like to see costs of this section of the app and maybe take advice on a different and cost effective way for drivers to take jobs when distributed. This whole system will need to be run by a very efficient web based interface that allows for hundreds of customers and hundreds of bookings. I am looking at cost effective solutions, I am technical myself so don't waste my time with jargon and your sales pitch, I need the job done in a 4 week period and whoever I choose I give assurances will be developing apps for my company for years to come. This App is going to be a generic app that we shall be selling here in the uk and europe to hundreds of transport companies so whoever we choose is in line to make some serious money so dont waste my time. We will own the app and all rights to it you are NEVER EVER to sell the app to anybody else! There are other apps in this field but the one we shall be developing will be the best as i know exactly what i want. I need 24 hour uk time accessibility and need a company who will work to extended UK hours. Payments I paid a deposit to a company that has let me down badly on this same project so dont expect any deposits, i will pay 20% after we see accurate wire frames, i will pay 30% once we are at the beta stage of an actual app, i will pay 30% once apps are confirmed through ipa and apk file, then the final 205 on completion,. If this is NOT agreeable please do not bid. This is the way I am going to pay and I will pay, so i need a company ready to start the project now and expect payment after wire frames. I was quoted $1,500 for a 3 platform app - ios, android and windows so i dont expect to pay much more but am willing to listen to reasonable offers. I need this app developed immediately so dont waste my time or yours. I know what i want and i am very direct so if your impatient dont bid. I can speak English, urdu, Punjabi, hindi so don't worry if English is an issue. I am based in the UK and the businesses are in the uk. No time wasters! EXTRA INFO: I need a company who have published Apps to apple and android stores before please, proven work needed and certified developers only please!
