Build a Geofence app for iOS, Android and Windows with Xamarin and asp .net webapplication

Dear Freelancer, We would like you to bring out an offer on a geofence ad app. The main goal is to get ads from stores which are in the geofence you are located. As soon as the user enters a geofence, he/she will get notifications from ads of stores which are located in that geofence. We are looking for someone who can build: 1) A web application in ASP .Net (C#) making use of Telerik components and Telerik ORM 2) Native apps for the platforms: iOS, Android and windows (optional). We want you to build these apps in Xamarin. 3) if necessary webservices in asp .net 4) use a sql server database to store information of the webapp To give you a better idea of the app, we've added some functional design screens of the webapp and the mobile app. The functional design, graphic design, testing and deployement we will do. For the web application we will provide code examples to ensure the same way of working. For Xamarin we don't have code examples. With kind regards, Adept
