Integrate QuickBooks Online with SQL Server. The goal of this project is to create a test application that will connect to a QuickBooks Online account via the REST API and pass JSON requests and retrieve responses. We can use this existing sample C# DotNet application as a starting point: [login to view URL] DotNet/blob/master/[login to view URL] This application, as it is, allows a user to login and connect to QuickBooks Online server. There is a button that downloads a list of customers. It is built upon the QuickBooks Online SDK. This project requires the following modifications to this application: Add a button that will: Connect to connect to SQL server Call Stored Procedure (Supplied by us) Retrieve 3 recordsets for three QuickBooks Online entity types: Customer, Item and Account Each row in each recordset representing one QuickBooks Online entity. Create JSON add request for each record in each recordset Send add requests to the QuickBooks Online server Retrieve response from QuickBooks Online Insert response into SQL Database. Display a status on the web page indicating the result of the operation. This project will result in an application that will be used for testing purposes. This is phase 1 of a multi phase integration project. All SQL code, including Stored Procedures, and required table and mapping to QuickBooks Online elements will be supplied by us. We will supply a database that can be run locally for developing this project. We will supply the QuickBooks Online sandbox account. Experience with the QuickBooks Online REST API is a requirement for this project. This test application will be tested on a local computer. The ultimate production deployment will be on an Azure worker role. Understanding of this architecture will be required for future related projects.
