Hello, i bid on your project because i believe i could show you a different way to approach your goal. It is a bit more roboust than the way you described i your project (if you award me i'm gonna ask you to re-think tmy fee, i bid for $38 to avoid increasing the amount of average bid). So the task you described seems to be more a Sharepoint based Access Webapplication than just a simple central access database connected by several client access databases. I believe that the central access with client access' infrastructure is really hard to maintain. If anything changes in the central server 's access database logic or if anything changes on client access side (let's say a form changes) then you would have to re-deploy the client database to each and every client pc's. That's why i would suggest to switch to Access 2013 WebApplication. It is still an official Microsoft Access based technology but instead of having each client its own access client, Access Webapp offers a great to maintain and easy to develop web-based user interface. On this user interface users can read and enter data on user entry forms. These user entry forms i can create and code in Access 2013 and deploy onto a Sharepoint server.
