Wait what? You know that even if you have a custom indicator with negative shift (without setting it), you would still have no values for those 89 bars, right? You're trying to move the MA to the left, and see into the future, lol! But you don't have what to drag to the left for those last current bars, there's nothing on the right of Time 0 to be dragged/shifted to the left in place for those last candles on the chart. Normal SMA will nether match to shifted SMA. I don't understand why you need to have normal SMA except shifted. If you want to have an approximation or an custom indicator for MT4 I can write it.
