Forex EA breakout system for MT4 Metatrader

I need an automated Expert Advisor (EA) working for MT4 (Metatrader). Overview This is a simple breakout system, based on the volatility of the past days on the Asian trading combined with the London open. The EA will determine a range size for a pair every day, then place the middle of this range at a determined starting point before a determined opening time. The EA will then place a "buy stop" at the top of the range, and a "sell stop" order at the bottom of the range. The buy stop and sell stop orders will have a determined stop loss, a take profit, and a trailing stop attached, all based on the ATR indicator (Average True Range), or entered manually (in pips) in the EA inputs. I want to be able to enter a magic number (EA input), and a comment (EA input) for each trade. This EA will have to work with the most common currency pairs (GBP/USD, EUR/USD, USD/JPY, GBP/JPY, AUD/USD, USD/CHF, AUD/NZD, EUR/JPY, USD/CAD, USD/CHF ...) and working at least on M1, M5, M15, M30 and H1 charts. Very basic money management: fixed lots available in the EA inputs (0.01/0.30/2.00...). Experience in the currency markets (forex) is as important as skills and experience in programming (MT4). Good communications is very important too. I request the freelancer to work exclusively on this EA from the beginning to the end (not working on several jobs at the same time), and to test well the EA (on a live demo account, and not only some quick backtests) before to send me the finished file. Bonus: If I'm very pleased with the work of the freelancer, I may add a bonus of +25%, +50%, +75% et even +100%, depending of the quality of the work, the good communication between us, the respect of the delivery time and eventually some advices or recommendations from the Freelancer in order to eventually improve this EA or make it more efficient. I also would appreciate to eventually recruit this freelancer later, to keep this EA updated, or adding new features and options if needed.
