You can juggle a bunch of responsibilities and duties, can follow procedures as well as make up new procedures along the way. You are incredibly organized, will leave your ego at the door and are focused to reach aggressive goals. The role Acquisitions - Email to Deal Pipeline transitions - Putting deals in our criteria, for a specified AOI into the sniff test. Uploading all relevant attachments. Coordinating a call with the broker if broker is not in our database. Coordination of CRM Related tasks including but not limited to: Pulling sale comparables (in Costar) Pulling profile from CoStar Coordinating information to, and from, the underwriting team to the Director for Acquisitions Assisting with telesales campaigns (updating metrics, answering staff questions & sending out reminders, assisting with reviewing leads and deals). Pulling recent sales data on investments within our criteria for a particular AOI and Comparing this information with deals/offers made in our pipeline to come up with our market coverage for the month and quarter Finding brokers selling assets within our criteria and AOI and getting set up on their distribution list. Coordinating phone appointments and in-person meetings with brokers who match our criteria. Updating our search criteria across all deal listing platforms and researching new deal platforms. Executing on our guerilla marketing tactics for Property Acquisition lead gen including but limited to: DIR or boots on the ground assigned leads. Craigslist apartment rental and for sale listings Apartments with bad listings or reviews in our AOI and within our criteria Utilizing google maps and aerials to find assets within our criteria that are within half a mile of a Train Stop. Platforms we know and use frequently: • Zoho Projects • Zoho CRM • Slack • WIX website • Mail Chimp • RingCentral (a bonus if you are familiar with these platforms!) Compensation: Based on experience Hours: Work hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM -5 PM CST. Ideally you are from North America. This is a part time position of approximately 15 hours a week, but may ramp up to more of a full time position.
