Hello! It is possible to complete this project. I guess, you do not have any dataset, so that is also on me to take care of? It will take around 2 weeks, roughly, and cost 15k, hence, the BID. The platform shall be MATLAB 2013. We won't use any third-party software, I guess. Deliverables: Do you need doc? Do you need me to sit with you to explain the stuff? Proposal Title: Facial expression recognition in a live demo recorded by Webcam Desktop Camera Abstract: Here in this project, a Desktop camera will be connected to the computer. The Desktop camera will interfaced with the mat lab. In real time the face of the person sitting in front of the camera will be made detected and cropped. On the cropped image, facial expressions will be identified and classifies. For finding the facial expressions, open eye width, mouth length and width and wrinkles on the cheeks will take as facial expression feature. The project can be done both for the online scenario and offline scenario. The project is implemented by using the Matlab software. Proposed System: The Proposed system is shown below (NOT SHOWN here) Figure (1): Proposed System H Objectives: 1) Interfacing the camera with Matlab 2) Creating the database of the faces 3) Detecting the Nose, Mouth, Left and Right Eye Length and Width and saving these features in the database separately. 4) Testing the Database by using the using the threshold. 5) Wring the Matlab code for all the cases.
