^ Hi! ^ Just read your posting. Sounds like you need a RL expert. I have a background in RL and have been doing this for 3 years. So I mastered RL algorithms such as Q-learning, SARSA, Deep Q-networks, DDPG. I solved many complex problems using MDP and Q-learning.
