Hi, I am dual PCLP in Lotus Domino and have 10+ years of development experience. I have developed 10+ applications in XPages and more than 100 Lotus Domino applications (Both for client and web) I do also provide XPages Training and have some LinkedIn Groups for Online XPages Training as well. Some of the applications developed by me are: - Timesheet & Payroll Management - Mail Approval system to get the approval from the IT Department for the mails which have attachments. The mails are delivered only after the approval is done. - Integration of Mail File and Dot Net to save the emails for future reference to Dot Net server on the click of a button. - Bank Reconciliation system: It will import the bank statement and the excel sheet being maintained locally and match for missing entries. - Archive the mailboxes to free up the space. - MIA (Missing in Action) Finder: Find the mail user's who are not using the mailbox from a long time and free up the license. This reduced a huge licencing cost by reallocating the licenses to other Lotus Clients. - NAB Exporter: To export the NAB details of the user to the administrator at specified schedules as defined in the configurations document. - Customize Reserve Reservation database to implement the security as per the client's requirement. I have worked on similar application. Please send me nsf of main db and config db. Once I know which 2 forms you want to change, it is not a big task. Although actual analysis can be done once nsf is available, it seems that there will be little impact on coding of workflow.

As per initial understanding you require to change the options in one of the fields on two forms. The options as per my experience would require to be changed quite often. hence the options should be displayed using formula. have over 18 years of technical and functional experience. would like to take up this project
