Company Logo Needed (Property Management)

We are looking to create a sister company within our current company. We are a construction company and looking to begin leasing/renting apartments, townhouses, and homes. The name of this sister company will be Dynamic Properties (our main company is Dynamic Construction) What we need is a logo, but with the ability to edit a tag line. Right now we have two units so our logo needed would be: - Dynamic Properties at Midland Crossing - Dynamic Properties at Westchester Village so the tag-lines we want to be able to edit EASILY and change as new units are built! We are looking for something very modern! Preference will be first given to those who includes Mock-up designs with there bid. Those who do not attach mock will be ignored!
