Troubleshooting SAP S/4 HANA 1809 installation via SWPM

Hello gurus, we have installed SAP HANA DB 2.0 on SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 and now stuck in the step "Start instance" in SWPM for SAP S/4 HANA standard system with one host due to the error "Instance XXX/XXX reached state UNKNOWN after having state STARTING.
