I can optimize your cache and wordpress install to keep your loads down. 25 is way to high for wordpress so something must be wrong somewhere, I wouldn't expect to see that on a site getting 100 users a second. W3 Total Cache is crap. If you want to achive a page load less than 0.5 sec you have to use a reverse proxy software. I can setup this server with a reverse proxy for you. I've already done in the past for website with more than 4.000.000 Unique pageview daily and it works like a charm! You will be attonished from how fast your wordpress could be with the reverse proxy solution. And if you will not be happy you have not to pay for. I require only a first low milestone to start the project. If you have less than 100K pageview/ month I can offer the server for free for entire 2016

Greetings partner, i can help you in this issue, I just release a server with same scenario, I probably will recommend to use specific cache for php code (enable opcode), for objects like redis and maybe just use memcached for html. but cache isn't the only solution for this, apache and nginx has another features like recycling connections to serve several resources, and more that helps a lot on CPU load, let me know if you are interested, we can agree a better plan to improve your server performance, Regards, Rafael Aguilar
