Hello,
I have many years of experience with Linux and I have managed both software (md-based) arrays as well as hardware (card based) arrays.
I've also recovered data from similar systems to QNAP (WD Smartshare).
It's important not to try and write anything to the array or the disks themselves.
If you can give me access to the machine I'm sure we can fix it.
Best wishes,
iticus
I see that there is 1 rebuilding drive, marked as spare, and no failed.
I think that you marked failed drive as spare to let it rebuild.
You have take a look on smart on failed disk.
Dear employer, obviously you raid got degraded (power failure maybe?)
Will take some time to rebuild depending on the volume usage.
Feel free to contact me anytime.
