So do you need to customize the OpenWRT image for your router, specially, do you want to have the image building environment and have your own image? I understand you know how to configure the dedicated file to increase the download/upload speed, so you can change this setting, but you want to keep this setting in a new image, right? No problem, and do you use only the LAN ports on the routers? I am familiar with the OpenWRT image building for the different requirements of the customers, I have built the OpenWRT images a lot for the different types of the routers and gateways and have customized the LUCI page, too.
