Install + configure asterisk freepbx a2billing Vicidial on ubuntu

I'm looking for someone with very good experience in the following: - Linux server administration (long-term, as you will admin this server from today on) - asterisk (preferrably latest edition, but stability is #1) - freepbx (preferrably latest edition, but stability is #1) - a2billing (preferrably latest edition, but stability is #1) - Vicidial (preferrably latest edition, but stability is #1) - train me how to use/operate freepbx and a2billing I would like to use the latest edition of CentOS as the base distro (but i'm willing to use any other distro if it makes it more stable and secure), and I want everything very stable and "secure". You will setup all the configurations of the whole system from the distro all the way to all trunking and setting up extensions. so basically all i will be doing is installing the distro you suggest to me, and i will setup SSH access, you will do all of the rest until the system is 100% functional and ready to be operated. I'll be using this server for myself as well as selling hosted pbx to my clients. You will setup long distance rates as well as long distance cards with pin codes. You will have to setup the dns properly as well as the iptables firewall. You also have to setup e911 properly. Basically I want to build a hosted pbx system from scratch to a fully functional system ready to start using it without further modifications. You will need to make sure that all features are working correctly, including voicemail to email, call forwarding, caller ID, etc... I have a second server, which i would like to setup as a fail-over & for load-balancing server, so whenever the main server is over loaded and/or down, all the phones will still have access, as it will fail-over to the second server. Basically what i'm trying to accomplish from it, i do not want any of the phones to go down at any point in time unless both servers are completely dead. We also need to setup some kind of 24/7 monitoring on these servers, so we can correct any server downtime immediately. You must have the knowledge to help adding new servers in the future, and to setup all new servers similarly. You must have some knowledge in setting up/configuring hardware firewalls and switches, but for now, we'll be using software based protections until everything gets moved to the data center. I'm interested in long term relationship, as you will be the main administrator for this server and maybe other servers that we already own or that we're planning to develop in the near future. I know some of you are going to quote me some outrageous numbers where it's impossible to bare. As I mentioned earlier, I'm interested in long term relationship, you will manage the server whenever I can't resolve an issue myself (most of the time), so please try to give me your best price possible. Note: I will not release any of the milestone until this full project is completed with all of the above. as i hired another person by the name of amelantoney here in freelancer, and he finished installing asterisk, freepbx, and a2billing, then demanded to release 70% of the payment, i released it, then i noticed the server was hacked, then when i mentioned to him about the server, he disapeared, stopped responding to my messages, and canceled his bid, took the money, and i got a none working system, so now i have to redo everything after i lost time and money. If you look on my feedback, i always pay who works, but before the full completion of this project, you will not get $1 released. i'm willing to put the full amount in milestone so i can show you that i'm serious about this, but i don't want deadbeats, and when i contact you, you have to respond, and not ignore me, and if you want to keep our relationship in the future so you can be my main server administrator, you must answer when i contact you, as that's usually when something urgent is happening.
