High performance Kannel 1.4.5 with MySQL, OpenSMPP, SQLBox and SMPPSim -- 2

Install and configure Kannel 1.4.5 with MySQL, OpenSMPP, SQLBox & SMPPSim on Linux server I would prefer Ubuntu but happy for your recommendations I have already installed and configured most of this myself however I am only getting speeds of 130 messages per second no matter what hardware I use so I am looking for an MySQL and Kannel expert :) ssh access will be given on fresh virtual server Install Configure Kannel, OpenSMPP, SQLBox with the following 5 SMS boxes, 1 of which will recive inbound messages and store in the sent_sms database 6 SQL boxes all looking at the own send_sms database (send_sms high_priority, send_sms1/2/3/4/5) 10 SMPP binds to SMPPSim Install Configure & tweak MySQL (database should be in en_US.UTF-8 so we can support symbols on MO and MT messages) should have the followings databases the send_sms high_priority, send_sms1/2/3/4/5 (for the other 5 SQLbox), sent_sms (all history), dlr (pending DLRs) and send_sms_dump tables The send_sms_dump table will need to have trigger to split on data between send_sms1/2/3/4/5 so the SQLboxes can process the messages, going forward I might host the sqlboxes on different server at a later date to increase the messages per second The dlr table will have auto trigger to clean up (something like DELETE FROM dlr WHERE TIME_TO_SEC([login to view URL]) + 604800 < TIME_TO_SEC(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP);) My application will add data to send_sms_dump or send_sms high_priority the send_sms_dump table will then split data (and remove) to the other tables send_sms1/2/3/4/5 - Note the send_sms high_priority the send_sms_dump table should not be locked or dropped as my system could insert more data at any time, if you need to add adding colunm to the data to avoid loss of data or duplicated data feel free Configure 2 different OpenSMPP users.
