Help me make wireless router work

I have been given a wireless router but have no informations or instructions. It has a micro usb connection that seems to work for charging but a pc will not recognise it as a device. It has a phone sim card and a single led that is red when charging. It does not show up on my available wireless connections and I have no idea of the ip address. There is a small hole where i suspect i could push something in and do a factory reset but I have no idea of default admin user/pass. The bid is simple help me get it going now - $10 but before you accept bid ask any questions you need bid is to get it going - not just try. Happy to work with windows or linux. Help me get it going $10 - no luck - no money. I am only here for 2 1/2 more hours - interested - then bid
