Once I have the log of what commands were run, I will go through and provide a report on each of the potentially damaging things that were done and steps on how to reverse them.

Sorry, to say that this is not an hour that is single hour job : You have the incident report and file ,but detailed scrutiny have to be done and also forensic tests ,later not to be bogged down server performance . Experience taught me these. Regards.
