Add Feature to Existing Site (PHP, Joomla & Mambo)

Audio / Video Chat and IM Plugin for Social Networking Site. We want to create a "Plugin" which can be installed on our site and other Social Engine sites. This plugin should provide site members the ability to have Audio and Video Chat with other members. We also want to create an Instant Messenger chat as part of the same system. The plugin should automatically integrate into the user site and admin section (please see attached sample file). We have a similar version which is built on UserPlane ([login to view URL]) server and worked well. A sample of this is attached to this bid request. This will be the first of FOUR plugins we want to develop. This bid is for the Audio Video Plugin. Please see Userplane website for details on the API integration. Other plugins will also be based on userplane servers and will be bid separately. We understand this will require expertise in PHP, Joomla and Mambo. Please review all related sites and attached sample before bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
