50 one way PR3+ links

This project is for 50 permenant one way PR3+ links. These links must be somewhat relevant to our site. Our site is a shopping site in the category of "home & garden". Some links on general electronics ecommerce sites may be relevant also. Further details upon bid award. Here are some basic guidelines for the project: 1. Links must be from english websites only 2. Links must be permanent and guaranteed by you for two years or you will replace them with equivolent 3. One link per IP address, with some diversity of class c's 4. Link must be static html that is search engine friendly 5. Links to directories, blogs and guestbooks will not be accepted. This includes automated linking directory scripts on sites too. 6. Linking page should have no more than 30 outbound links on it 7. Only honest ethical work accepted Project completion is expected within 60 days and I would like weekly status reports so I know it is being actively worked on. Upon award of project I will escrow 50% of bid to cover the first 25 links. After I proof them and accept them I will release that escrow and do another 50% escrow to cover the remaining 25 links.
