Link building campaign

150+ One-way links and another 50+ backway links for a finance related site. I expect only QUALITY LINKS,no BS, let's be profesionals here! As usual on this kind of job, the following conditions apply: 1. The links must be simple text links-- they may not be redirects, or from pages dis-allowed by "robots.txt". 2. A linking page must have a current PR of above 3. 3. Linking page must be relevant to this site's theme. 4. The page where my link appears may harbor no more than 20 other outgoing links. 5. The link URLs must be provided to me on a spreadsheet. 6. The links must remain active for at least 1 year. 7. The ability to see the URL where my link is placed in order to verify the anchor text as well as the validity of the site. 8. I reserve the right to reject a link. 9. One link is permitted per site. Links MUST be from unique IPs. 10. No use of automated software(e.g., Zeus). 11. No FFA, message board, blog spam, link farm, web ring, software-submission or black hat offers are permitted. 12. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks are permitted.
