Legal Review/Opinion for simple Govt Rules for Cold Plasma and Ozone (non scientific)

Am looking for a simple review/opinion based on very clear guidelines put out by the EPA, NIOSH and OSHA regarding our technology. Our Company uses Cold Plasma to sanitize air and surfaces through commercial HVAC systems. There are no rules about Cold Plasma from any agency. However, the byproduct of Cold Plasma is TriAtomic Oxygen aka Ozone. OSHA, NIOSH and the EPA stipulate exposure guidelines including parts per million, all very straight forward. We need a simple opinion letter on Legal Letterhead from an Attorney licensed in any state that can provide something like the following: "I have been asked to review and write an opinion based on United States Governmental Agencies and the regulations pertaining to Cold Plasma and its natural byproduct, TriAtomic Oxygen. Although this is not an exhaustive review, it is quite clear that for the purposes of commercial use, Cold Plasma exists naturally and has no governing guidelines. However, the EPA, OSHA and NIOSH state that exposure to TriAtomic Oxygen be limited to (state guidelines--saving space here) and that a sensor feedback system such as that of (name of our Company), appears to meet the safety guidelines and has further represented that it has filed for patents relative to its novel technology. It is my opinion that the Company has represented that its technology follows these published safety guidelines and therefore is safe for use. Furthermore, there is significant peer reviewed science and resultant publications supporting the use of Cold Plasma and in other cases, the use of Ozone to sanitize SARs 2 Corona Virus amongst other pathogens, airborne and on surfaces. My job is not that of a scientist but to provide an opinion based on published information from Government Agencies as well as peer reviewed articles supporting the sanitization benefits and safety requirements for the use of the (company name) sanitization service."
