My name is Abigail and I am an experienced virtual assistant. I have extensive office experience and utilize my communication skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail to exceed expectations in the workplace.
I am interested in learning more about the Virtual Assistant position you have posted on freelancer.com. My relevant experience includes working as a virtual assistant at a lending institution in NZ. I've been a VA since 2020. I gained extensive office experience during my work as a virtual assistant at my Australian client. I was responsible for scheduling meetings and events, reading emails and responding with pertinent information, formatting reports from various data sources, and much more. This position helped me develop excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks at once.
I have handled multiple clients all at once. I answer phones for incoming calls, and email management, and directed them to the appropriate departments or staff members. This position taught me how to be pleasant even when under pressure as well as how to prioritize tasks quickly. Aside from the basic admin roles, I'm also currently responsible for weekly podcast production for one of my clients, leadgen (using Apollo and other email finders) & project management.
