Find me some Leads

Big picture: I am looking for a partner who can assist me with outbound marketing. Here's what that looks like to me. 1. Qualified Leads: I need qualified leads with (Small to Mid-size Businesses, which I define as companies with 30-1000 "knowledge worker" employees who interface with computer systems as a regular part of their work; target companies will be in manufacturing, professional services, e-commerce, distribution, retail and restaurants.) focused on the following two areas: 1. Making IT "Lean" (As in Toyota "Lean") 1. Business leaders (CEO, CFO, COO) who feel that IT is underperforming or desire for IT to perform even better, delivering greater efficiency and profitability to the company. 2. Information Technology leaders (Director, CIO, VP) who want their division to run Lean, so they can partner more closely with the business and provide better profitability. 2. Industrial/Corporate Espionage Targets - Companies whose Intellectual Property is vital to their long-term viability. 1. Business Leaders (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CSO, CISO) 2. E-mail Marketing Campaign: Execute several e-mail marketing campaigns (4-7 messages over 2-7 weeks) on my behalf using my tools or yours from my e-mail domain, to drive name recognition and prepare for sales calls. 1. Additionally, create any landing pages for each stage of the campaign. 1. Collaborate on relevant blog posts that are coordinated with the campaign. 2. Create or recommend the creation of documents, videos, or other supplementary materials that create value and interest for prospective clients. 3. If you cannot create the items (1-2) yourself, advise me of potential partners. 4. If hosting webinars would help generate value and interest, let me, and help me set this up. 2. Provide easy to review KPI's via web interface so effectiveness of each campaign is readily available. 3. Calling / Appointment Setting: Once leads have indicated interest call on my behalf to validate interest and set appointments. 4. Follow-on e-mail (Lower priority) : For prospects that we're not interested in near-term engagement, but who don't object to continued contact, I want to develop a monthly message that can be used to keep channel's open. I am looking for a partner who has skin in the game. I am less concerned with you dotting all the i's listed above than I am with getting well-qualified appointments who are interested in the services I have to offer. As a practical matter, what that means is that I need to have an at least an appointment a day after 45-days, in order to fill my pipeline. The selected provider will be the one willing to have their compensation tied to results. While I am not stuck on these points this is an example of what a good partnership would look like for me. * I am more inclined to go with a vendor who is working on some sort of monthly declining base fee + commission for each appointment. * I am more inclined to go with a vendor who will give me release at two-months if I haven't gotten at least 10 appointments that were I consider well-qualified by day 60. * On a theoretical $10,000 budget, I would prefer to pay $2,500 the first month, $2,000 the second + plus $100 per appointment capped at 30 appointments. (At this point, we will know if this is working, and if it is I would expand the budget if needed.) $1500 the third month + $100 per appointment (Capped at 30), and $1000 the final month + $100 per appointment (Capped at 30). At the conclusion of the term, if you've hit the caps for all four months, I would be very interested in setting up a maintenance contract for you to sustain the pipeline. * I will provide feedback after each appointment so we can adjust if needed, but I'm confident that if you are finding people interested in what I describe above that we won't have any issue. You are not responsible for my ability to close the deal. If they are good candidates, but I can't win the business, that is not your problem. If you consistently give me appointments with poor candidates, that is your problem.
