A one-page system for managing translations

You will be required to build a small system based on php(codeigniter) + bootstrap + jquery +mysql that will manage translations. (wireframe attached) The need: we have a dynamic website with lots of separate sentences that are being combined into different texts using a propriety engine, we now want to have these texts in multiple languages and want a way to easily manage them (and not directly through the mysql ui). The requirements: - Building a one page as the wireframe attached, using the technologies listed above - codeigniter (for php) and html5+css3+javascript/jquery for the frontend. Database is mysql. Use of codeigniter capabilies including MVC separation and using proper libraries/helpers is a must. - The design here is basic, as displayed in the wireframe attached - it is not responsive so no need for media queries (fits only laptop size 1200px wide), based on twitter bootstrap latest version. The UI only needs to be clear, clean, straight/aligned, neat/organized. - No need for authentication and/or permissions of any kind (the delivered product will be open to everyone). - All updates, inserts, deletes, queries - will be done using ajax, without refreshing the entire page! - A more technical design will be supplied to whoever will get the job, after the hiring is done. It will include a ready database with tables and sample data, as also the data design and more specific behaviors. There are 3 main areas in the page: 1. Filter row: allows filtering the data by the different fields used. Nothing out of the ordinary. 2. Choosing the source language and destination language (out of a languages table). 3. Main area: showing all the rows to translate depending on the filtering and chosen languages. The "id" column is not editable, all the rest are, in both - source and destination languages. * There is also a new row functionality, pagination, and some data to display - see the wireframe. Milestones (see images): 1. querying and showing the data 2. add filtering 3. allow editing 4. add insert functionality  5. review and testing + fixes Notes: - Please take this job only if you are fluent with php/codeigniter/javascript/jquery/html/css. We cannot assist you in the development or do any debugging for you - just tell you if we are satisfied or not (and then what not). - When delivering the product on the different milestones make sure is is debugged and tested sufficiently. - When delivering the final product the code must be perfectly ordered, understood and easy to maintain. - We have plans to extend this screen/system, so if the work is good more work can be offered. - We will have much more work using these technologies, so again - if the work is good more work can be offered.
