Hello there, As I can see you need yo update Joomla from 3.1 to latest 3.9 I would like to tell you that this is called minor update in Joomla as both the versions are 3. Also you have used custom component, well that won't be an issue, as its a component. I can do this easily. Can you please tell if you have done any customisations in existing code or not. If not then it will only take 4-5 hours. Else we need to create overrides of the customisations done, so on update we have them. And could take some more time. Let's connect and discuss.
