Sharepoint Work

The work just needs 5-10 mins of your time. The Hired person required to be work at our end via teamviewer. We need to know how we can do the following: Separating New User Account/Access Right e-form to two independent e-forms. (SharePoint) We managed designing and developing each form and its workflow successfully. However, we are facing difficulty in developing the authentication part. Up to now the director receive an email to approve or reject requests from her staff, this link request any user to login with (dar alhekma) account. But it opens the form whether the logged in user is the director herself or another valid (dar alhekma) member. After searching, we discovered that this task need to be done using C sharp and Java script client object model.
