React NextJS Landing Page for existing webapp

We have an existing webapp built in ReactJS using redux and react router. Currently the main domain ([login to view URL]) is redirected to the login page ([login to view URL]). We need to setup a simple static SSR homepage for the webapp on the main domain. The tech stack should be [login to view URL] for frontend, Netlify CMS for data and Netlify for deployment. The new page will need to be integrated with the existing webapp. Do you have the experience and skills to do this? We have the content for the page, but no design. You don't have to design it from scratch. Based on your suggestion we can buy an existing simple template to modify and build the homepage. If you can do this, please reply with: 1. time it will take to do this job 2. cost of the job 3. your experience in doing this type of work before
