Expert in Google Maps - Google Earth - Google Sheet

I have a series of Google maps with two/four Polygon maps embedded and 2 to 6 POI in each. Every single map is linked to a specific row in a google spreadsheet. I need to find a smooth solution to : query the map to show me where a specific address I am asking about is compared to the polygons, and show me if it falls in one of the polygons (and if so, which) and the distance of this address from the POI ( in a table). As we are going to review every single proposal you are requested to carefully read our project requests. Please do show us links of previous works as similar as possible as our, if you have some. We'd like to consider this as the first of a long series of job to be done here on freelancer.
