Expert developer - Twilio/Plivo/Jive - Must Know (Javascript) / Possible Nodejs &.Net

We are looking for an expert developer that has past experience working with the Companies API or SDK. This developer must have extensive experience in javascript. Plus have knowledge with VB6, Nodejs and .Net is perferred. The developer must have past development experience working with one of these companies API or SDK (Twilio, Plivo, Jive phone) and must be willing to show proof and examples of work that you have done in the past. If you can not show us do to NDA then do not apply. We want to see real world example to make sure you have the experience and know-how of this project. We are looking for that developer to build an dll to work with our existing program. See the attached document below. Below are all the documentation for the 3 companies.
