Earthquake Alert PWA

Hi, we have already created a simple one page web app (html, css, javascript) which does the following already: - Asks for location + push permissions in browser - Receives JSON with the following information: (earthquake startime, earthquake magnitude, earthquake location) - Determines the distance between user device and earthquake, subtracts time earthquake has already been going on for, and outputs the time until earthquake reaches user location - start an animation showing a countdown to user location Now we want you to help us make this a proper PWA (Progressive Web App). To do this we need the following: 1. Connect push notifications with our backend. Currently the app just takes a JSON that we have to feed manually. The app needs to now receive the JSONs automatically from our Azure Notification Hub. We prefer that the app is also hosted on Azure as a web app, but we can consider Google Firebase hosting if you have a strong preference. 2. The app needs to subscribe and register users. 3. The app needs to prompt users for installation and add a homescreen icon - like a PWA 4. The app should work on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Explorer. It should work on all devices including desktops and mobile, although we understand iPhone at this time doesn't accept push from PWAs. 5. The PWA should be designed as efficiently as possible and the files must be to a Repo on our Bitbucket account via git.
