Build and document dApp from existing source code

I have source code of an existing distributed app on the Ethereum blockchain. I need someone who knows blockchain, react and typescript very well to do the following. 1. Investigate that a functional dApp can be built from available source code. 2. Document at a high level what each of the files do and what static details need to change to make it a unique dApp. 3. Build and modify the dApp onto the Ethereum test blockchain Speak soon.
