458487 Need simple javascript banner rotator with fade-in-out effec

I have a site with a javascript banner rotator that doesn't seem to be working properly in Internet Explorer 7 or 8. The results of both browsers are different. On one of them, all 4 banners show up at once in a straight line first before being hidden and faded. The other version of IE, the banner is sitting partly behind the top navigation menu. I need someone to either fix the existing rotator, or put in a new one. Needs to be completed today. Cannot give access to the server so please grab a copy of the source after I show you the page, and apply the fix/script to that and I'll add the code myself afterward.
