This project is an excellent fit for me. I've worked on a number of similar projects in the past. My solution for this would be to build a sequence-to-sequence encoding neural network and then scale it down for whatever size/quality you needed. Would this need to be real-time or is there a delay between recording and usage? If it is real-time you would need decent hardware in order to run it locally or host it on AWS or a similar service. Let me know if you'd need help with that as well. With my solution you would be able to choose what voice you would like to use from any that you can find on the internet, as long as there is enough data. Let me know the time frame for completion so I can give you a more accurate idea of the number of hours required. I look forward to hearing from you.
