Java/R class for statistical analysis

Need a Java developer/quant to create a Java class that will interface with R using an appropriate Java/R bridge to calculate an ARIMA/GARCH forecast for a time series with the R code contained here: [login to view URL] This project will have some slight differences: 1) The R code on that site takes a csv data file of stock prices. However for this project, the Java class should have a function that takes a double array of stock prices of arbitrary length and returns either a 0, 1 or -1 based in the forecast as well as the forecast price value. 2) The R code includes some extra functions for exporting an analyzing the results. You can ignore these. I just need the forecast. The array of stock functions should be like this, with the most current price being the last value in array: double[] prices = {20.3,20.5,21.6,20.4,23.9,25.9,.........}; I believe the R code already tests the data for stationarity or uses the differenced log returns, but please double check and do the needful so that the models work properly. The deliverables for this project will be a complete Netbeans project that produces the desired result from an array of dummy data as well as complete instructions on running the code.
