Hi, I have extensively worked with GCP and AWS. Within GCP, I have extensively worked with Google App Engine (GAE) in Java and Python. Few questions: Are you using some GUI framework for your frontend implementation? Are there any errors in browser console when web page fails to load? How is your backend on GAE exposed to your frontend? Is there some API? What framework is used to implement the API? May be the nodejs script is trying to stand up an API or a web server to expose backend data to the frontend. Since you are using localhost to refer to the frontend, have you not hosted your fronted in the cloud? Also have you not setup DNS or IP based access for your frontend as well as backend? Also are you using SSL certificates to securely access your frontend and backend resources over HTTPS instead of HTTP? What type of authentication/authorization is implemented in your frontend and backend code? Let me know if there is anything that I failed to as and we can hopefully go from there. Thanks Asif
