We need someone to develop and help us refine the concept of an e-commerce app with the following specifications. ==================================================================== e-commerce platform “CONSULT” App Description: This is an all-inclusive e-commerce C2B platform mobile app to connect individuals/customers with service providers in an easy to use, fast, efficient and trouble-free manner (uber-like style). Service Providers join/enroll in the platform, submit a profile with description of the services being offered, keywords, define a price and add a bank account to receive transfer of accrued payments. Services are in the form of consultation, advice, suggestions, coaching, recommendations, opinions, etc... The platform generates a unique link that providers can send to potential customers. Individuals/customers use the link to download the App, register with name, phone number, other personal information and add a credit card or other means of automatic payment. The link will take the customer to the “office” of the provider who supplied the link where the customer can get all necessary information about the service being offered. To purchase the service the customer makes an audio or video call by clicking a call button associate with that provider. At this moment, an estimate of the cost of the service will be charged on a provisional basis to the customer credit card. The customer has 1 minute grace period within which he/she can hang-up without charge. After that period, the clock starts running and charges are accrued. At the end of the call the customer and provider disconnect from the call. The App records the time and value of the call, adds applicable taxes and charges the credit card of the customer. It should be possible for the platform to limit the time and cost of each call session to a certain maximum value informed to both parties before the session starts. On a monthly basis, accrued time and corresponding revenues, minus the fee for the use of the platform/App will be credit from the App to the bank account of the provider. All audio and video calls are done within the App and neither party has access to each other’s actual phone numbers which are kept encoded and confidential within the platform. All calls are logged, but not recorded, by the App for purposes of proof of billing and other administrative and legal purposes. Both customers and providers have to accept the terms of service of the platform at the registration with the App. The App can be downloaded from the Apple and Android stores. Once registered with the App the customer can search the App for services provided by ALL providers cataloged in the platform.
