I have code base for iOS app and some videos to show how application works. It uses 2-3 forms/ 2-3 APIs and QR code - all working.. However there are minor issues (4 - form/field related) which I need someone to fix.. I don't have Apple Web developer account so we use your TestFlight way or my UDID way for me to test your code.
