Experienced App developer required for new business venture

Hi, I'm looking for somebody with development experience to be involved in a new business venture. The business revolves around an idea for an app (and associated website) which will need to use the Facebook Connect API, so experience of this is a must. Before I talk about the app, i will make clear that i'm happy to fund the project, but i am looking for a business partner on this as well, somebody creative and driven who can share my enthusiasm. I am prepared to give away up to 45% of the business for the right person, assuming your bid reflects this. I will require some details of previous app development and coding experience. I will not unfortunately be able to divulge in detail what the app is until and NDA has been signed. However, I can explain what you will need to have experience of in order for the app to function. I will say now that the app will require some heavy coding. The app will utilise the Facebook Connect API and will extract information from the user's Facebook account. This mainly revolves around the 'Event' and 'Check in' data held by Facebook, although other profile information will be required also. The app will need to be able to extract data from the users, and then make a calculation based on the information returned. For example extract profile information from 100 users and present those profiles to the user of the app in age order, or any other order specified (this is just an example and is not required for my app). The app needs to have a search funtion so that users can put in certain criteria, about a public event for example, and the app will return results in a list according to the criteria entered. A check in function (similar to Facebook Places and Foursquare) will be required, as well as the ability to take the Places data from Facebook Places, and combine the data from these sources for retrieval in searches on the app. Various chat rooms / message boards will be needed. The message boards are only accessable by the user if the user meets certain criteria set by the app. Messaging needs to be incorporated. If a search brings back a list of profiles for example, the app user needs to be able to message any one of the profiles. A website will also need to be built for this idea to really work, although the concept is based more around the mobile application. The website needs functionality for admin sign in and users to be able to update their page, which will then show in search results and be displayed by the mobile app. Please get in touch for more information if you think you are interested in this opportunity.
