iPad app from RSS feeds and Digital File with subscription

This is a project to build an iPad Application for a news portal with RSS/XML supported contents and Digital PDF files. We expect to receive fully functional and well commended source code. The apps should have below features and need to find out more for to make a best application: -List news items as categories. 13+ categories to display news items. Categories are included image file and video files. -Arabic and English UI. Separate UI for both languages.(Option to select preferred language (Arabic or English) on initial application start for first time then set the selected language for further start. then language can change from “setting page” to restart app to get new UI) -Tag feature to a news items (Ability for the user to save specific news items in their bookmarking section for later retrieval. Option to un-tag/delete from bookmark section) -Option to customize/choose categories to Home page. -Reading experiences with text increase and decrease. -Default thumbnail as company logo. If no images are available. -Next and previous buttons in news detail page. Feature to go to next or back articles by finger move. -Share news items -> via facebook, twitter and email -Landscape view for both UI includes Video. -Integrate basic analytics within the app ([login to view URL]) -Integration with an Ad Network for banner ads (AdWhirl) -A settings page for various things. -Section to subscribe daily PDF to download and view in iPad app. (paid subscription mode) -32page PDF to download from FTP server and display thumbnail of first page->paid user can download and read the PDF pages. The payment gateway will be Apple Payment through their store. Once its downloaded, PDF files can see in “Purchased Issues” to access anytime to read the PDF pages. -Generic search. You will need to suggest best UI design. Attachment details: [login to view URL] = first page is for portrait view for news item view (detailed news item page). if user click on the last icon in header "right arrow" then as in second page, above news details, a table with content of same channel should display for user to see previous and next by scrollable right or left. the content should be ready with entire items in the same channel's RSS feed (might be 15 news items). this is for portrait mode view. the third page is for landscape mode view once the user click on "right arrow" button. as well, in the footer, you will see blue bar with dots means, user are able to scroll next or prevoius article details.
