Earnings: 20% of ALL gross sales (excluding shipping costs), regardless of avenue (new/old) that are submitted online. Accessibility: - To manager side of the website - To customer email lists - Admin to our social media pages Work in three categories: a. Email blasts and updates b. SEO (search engine optimization) c. Social media 1. Email Blasts and updates: 3-5 a month a. 2-3 weekly promotion email: i. Offering new promotion to new (orange county), and old (LA) customers. ii. Reminding to follow us on social media. (We will compensate them!) iii. Showcasing any new art idea or any interesting article. b. 1-2 Weekly update email: i. Updates on canvas camera business; notifying on relocation, notifying old customers that we are back in the LA area. ii. Updates on new products or creative art to talk about. iii. Reminder of current promotion. 2. SEO- Search engine optimization a. There will be a budget to invest in SEO campaigns and hiring an SEO manager (unless you are qualified for this as well). You will handle managing him with specific requests you think will generate more traffic to the site. b. Any sales made through this channel are yours as well! 3. Social Media- Facebook, Instagram a. Posting and sharing creative ideas and keeping the brand look on these platforms. b. Posting our promotions and encouraging customers to act on our social media platforms in order to gain a gift/promotion/etc. The goal here is to generate as many clicks as possible to the website, which will transform into sales through emails, online searches, and social media outlets. We are able to offer large discounts to customers for taking action on social media platforms to make sure there are more clicks to the website and more sales are made! (Leaving a Facebook comment with picture of them and their canvas, Instagram upload of it, feedback on our wall, tagging us, yelp review, etc.)
