Social media marketing and management

I’m looking to hire a project manager that has a successful track record in social media marketing, organic lead generation and can prove his track record. I work in the financial services industry as a financial advisor. My niche market is insurance, specifically Index Universal Life Policies (IUL’s). I help clients save for retirement through indexing strategies that allow a client to participate in the market indirectly and only benefit when the markets go up and a zero loss should the markets go down so their principal and previous market gains are always protected. I’m more focused on managing the downside risk of the market then having my clients chase big returns. The project entails marketing the landing page below. This landing page has it’s on sales funnel. The landing page has a short video, (1 minute 45 seconds), focuses on generating interest in wanting to know more about avoiding market loses. We try to get interested people to watch the free webinar which is under 12 minutes long. We also ask that if interested; fill out a Savings Snapshot which is not too intrusive, after they hit submit they are taken to a calendar and they can book an appointment or not! The goal here is to generate as many qualified leads as possible. What is considered a qualified lead. In this case, it would be when the prospect goes through the sales funnel and fills out the savings snap shot. This is the landing page link.
